Job Search:
You’re looking for work. WorkFlo can help you:

• focus in on the skills and talents you have to offer
• craft your resume and cover letter, even if you’re starting completely from scratch
• fine-tune your interview responses
• develop scripts for cold-calls and information interviews
• organize your activities, to ensure you’re conducting an efficient and productive job search.

Career Search:
Making career choices can be daunting for anyone. Maybe you’re a student wondering what subjects to take, and what you’ll do with your life once you’re out of school. Maybe you’ve already got a job, but you don’t like it very much and you want to make a career transition. Maybe you’re currently unemployed, and want your next move to be a meaningful one.

Whoever you are, you want more than just a job that will pay the bills. You want work that will satisfy your soul, work you can feel passionate about – where you wake up in the morning and actually look forward to the day’s coming activities. WorkFlo can help you:

• determine your key values, interests, and skills
• target careers that match your personality
• investigate options for career entry (e.g. education, internship, apprenticeship)
• specify your goals and develop plans to achieve those goals
• stay on track by providing you with an ongoing check-in system

WorkFlo's method of helping you is through regular email. Every response to your questions will involve thorough research and careful thought, with suggestions tailored to your specific situation.

You will get a reply from WorkFlo within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your questions, barring illness or technical difficulties beyond our control (in which case I will endeavor to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible). If there is a time when I will be away and unable to communicate with you (i.e. holidays), an automatic message will be sent to you, letting you know when I will return and when you can expect a response.

WorkFlo will take every precaution to protect the privacy of your correspondence. However, you should keep in mind that regular email does not provide you with any special security protection, such as encryption. When you register as a client with WorkFlo, you must check the box that shows you release WorkFlo from any liability over breaches in confidentiality.

NOTE: It is important that you read the Terms and Conditions page thoroughly, for further privacy and disclaimer information.

Regular Rates:
Each email from WorkFlo will involve 30 minutes to 1 hour of time. This time is spent not only crafting the response, but conducting thorough research, finding and tailoring material to meet your specific needs. You will not be billed if you ask WorkFlo a simple clarification question (i.e. to further explain something that I just sent to you).

• One email exchange: $39
• Three email exchanges: $99
• Ten email exchanges: $299

Special Package Deals:
If you know that you only want help with your resume and / or cover letter, sign up for one of the packages below. You'll be asked to email the document(s) you currently have to WorkFlo for upgrading, or to fill out a brief questionnaire if you're starting completely from scratch. I will work with you to develop your resume and cover letter into material that will make employers sit up and take notice.

• Upgrade My Resume: $90
• Upgrade My Cover Letter: $45
• Upgrade My Resume and Cover Letter: $120

Please note that all payments (regular rates and special package deals) are non-refundable.

First, decide on what kind of service you need. Are you looking for help with your job search, or career exploration, or possibly both? Are you interested in a Special Package Deal, or would you like to sign up for one of the Regular Rates?

Next, read through the Terms and Conditions page. It is very important that you understand this information before you proceed with online coaching.

If you agree to the Terms and Conditions, your next step is to register as a client by completing and submitting the online registration form. If you are under 19 years of age, you must also obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian.

After you have registered, you may pre-pay for your services online using PayPal, or you may send payment by cheque. Once payment has been received, WorkFlo will contact you within 24 to 48 hours, barring technical difficulties or illness.

WorkFlo is not a placement agency, so our work together comes with no guarantee of an actual job or career placement. What you will get is solid help from someone with years of career counselling experience, whose correspondence with you will be well thought out and thoroughly researched. You’ll learn what it takes to conduct an effective job search. You’ll learn how to zone in on your career goals and make the plans to accomplish those goals. You’ll have someone on your side, who knows how to create outstanding cover letters and resumes, and who has successfully prepared clients for their interviews. Through it all, you’ll be coached by someone who understands that it takes work to find work, and someone who will be an advocate for you as you move towards your definition of success.
