How does the service work? WorkFlo's method of helping you is through regular email. Every response to your questions will involve thorough research and careful thought, with suggestions tailored to your specific situation. You will get a reply from WorkFlo within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your questions, barring illness or technical difficulties beyond our control (in which case I will endeavor to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible). If there is a time when I will be away and unable to communicate with you (i.e. holidays), an automatic message will be sent to you, letting you know when I will return and when you can expect a response. WorkFlo will take every precaution to protect the privacy of your correspondence. However, you should keep in mind that regular email does not provide you with any special security protection, such as encryption. When you register as a client with WorkFlo, you must check the box that shows you release WorkFlo from any liability over breaches in confidentiality. Please note that all payments (regular rates and special package deals) are non-refundable. How do I get started? First, decide on what kind of service you need. Are you looking for help with your job search, or career exploration, or possibly both? Are you interested in a Special Package Deal, or would you like to sign up for one of the Regular Rates? Next, read through the Terms and Conditions page. It is very important that you understand this information before you proceed with online coaching. If you agree to the Terms and Conditions, your next step is to register as a client by completing and submitting the online registration form. If you are under 19 years of age, you must also obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian. After you have registered, you may pre-pay for your services online using PayPal, or you may send payment by cheque. Once payment has been received, WorkFlo will contact you within 24 to 48 hours, barring technical difficulties or illness. What do I get in return? WorkFlo is not a placement agency, so our work together comes with no guarantee of an actual job or career placement. What you will get is solid help from someone with years of career counselling experience, whose correspondence with you will be well thought out and thoroughly researched. You’ll learn what it takes to conduct an effective job search. You’ll learn how to zone in on your career goals and make the plans to accomplish those goals. You’ll have someone on your side, who knows how to create outstanding cover letters and resumes, and who has successfully prepared clients for their interviews. Through it all, you’ll be coached by someone who understands that it takes work to find work, and someone who will be an advocate for you as you move towards your definition of success.
