To get started with WorkFlo:

  2. If you are under 19, get your parent or legal guardian to complete the "Parental Consent" section.
  3. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.
  4. Follow the instructions on the next page to pay online through PayPal or by cheque.

After WorkFlo receives the above information, you will receive a reply within 48 hours, barring illness or technical difficulties beyond our control.
